Creating a transparent supply chain is one of the most challenging tasks businesses will face. But handmade cosmetics company, Lush has done just that for their cocoa products.

By working closely with the stakeholders involved, they have shared knowledge and expertise to create a mutually beneficial process that ensures each 25 tonne shipment of cocoa beans is fully sustainable and fair trade.

Gabbi Loedolff, Creative buyer for Lush, describes how the company engaged with the local community and their passion to continuously improve the processes.
