NG Bailey becomes a CQI Corporate Partner

NG Bailey, the UK’s largest independent engineering, IT and facilities services group, has joined the CQI as a Corporate Partner.
The CQI is delighted to welcome NG Bailey as our Corporate Partner. The organisation cited the CQI Competency Framework and its accompanying Score Tool as a significant reason for joining the Corporate Partner scheme.
The quality team is keen to work with others in the CQI Corporate Partner network to knowledge share and better understand how the framework has been embedded into processes for staff development.
NG Bailey is a family-owned business and has grown significantly since it was founded in 1921, now employing more than 3,000 members of staff. It has worked on major infrastructure projects at London Bridge station, Belfast Waterfront and Birmingham New Street Station.
The company recently won the Engineering Company of the Year Award at the National centre for Diversity’s Grand Awards 2017.
