After a hiatus in 2021, the CQI’s flagship awards, which celebrate excellence in quality management, will be back next year with some notable changes.
- Rather than taking place in November shortly after World Quality Week, the event has now moved to 23 June, which is a more favourable time of year.
- There are also two new award categories: Sustainability and Digital Innovation. Each reflects quality management’s crucial role in leading business transformation and devising solutions to global challenges.
- Unlike the virtual awards in 2020, next year’s event will be in-person and will include speaker sessions on the future of quality, featuring key topics impacting the profession.
The awards will open for entries in January and announce shortlisted finalists in April. Tickets go on sale in March.
